If I start freezing breastmilk - what is the bext way to thaw it so I can have it for my sister-in-law when she watches my son?
Do I thaw the night before, refridgerate in the bottle, and give to her to heat up the next day?
Just wondering the best way to handle frozen breastmilk when it is going to be given to a childcare person? Thanks!

I would bring frozen milk and leave it in the fridge-then she can defrost in warm water-it only takes 20 mins or so and most infants are n a schedule for eating so she will know when its time

I would defrost at night when I make all of DS's bottles. You can have it thawed for 24hrs before you have to toss it.
