What is the difference between a FICO score and a credit score from the bureaus?

What is the difference between a FICO score and a credit score from the bureaus?
We are getting 2 different scores. One from the mortgage company and the 3 credit scores from the bureaus are WAY!!!!!!!!!! higher than what the mortgage company is giving us, What is going on?

No idea... did you show the mortgage company the scores from the credit bureaus?
