What is the difference between Activia Yogurt and Regular Yogurt?
It says it has cultures that help your body digest...but doesn't all yogurt have those same active cultures???
Anyone know

activia just has MORE of that bacteria.

just curious....what do you mean by "it works"? Im trying to learn how to "get healthy" and wanted to know the benefits of the active cultures-thanks!

She probably meant that it makes you more "regular" in the bathroom area b/c that's what this brand of yogurt is known for.
