What is the largest enlargement you got for your wedding photos?
We went to our photographer's appointment to approve our album and enlargements, and I'm stressing that the 16x24 is monstrous.
What size does everyone have displayed in their home? Is 16x24 way too large? It's a full length picture with a lot of scenery and us facing each other.

The largest I got was an 8X10. I also have a PB frame with 8 4X6 photos, of very candid wedding photos. (wedding cake, picture of our hands, flowers etc...
I am really not into the large wedding photos, but that's just my opinion. Plenty of people have 16X24 wedding photos in their houses, and love them. If you think it may be to large, call the photographer and see if you could change it.

I believe the largest I got was an 8x10 and had it matted and framed to be an 11x14. I just knew I would not put a very large photo of DH and I up in our home. I have a friend who has a VERY BIG one, like a poster size, and it looks really great, but I just wouldn't do it.

11 X 14 and we matted and framed it to 16X20.

Well our package came with 24x36 and we had it changed to 24x24 and it is still not up. We finally have a wall that is high enough to hang it. Now we just have to have it matted and framed.

We didn't get any...the largest print I have is a 4x6. I do plan on doing an 8x10 though - that's big enough for me.

8x10.
My package came with a 16x20, but I switched it for one 8x10 and two extra 5x7's and I am SO happy that I did.

its been over a year since my wedding.. Last friday we went for the finallization of the album.. Its been so long ago since i ordered the enlargements and not ready that i forgot what i ordered lol

16x20 and it is matted and framed (kohls-$20!) over my piano. it is the perfect size!
granted, if i didn't have the piano, i probably wouldn't have gotten one so big, but i purposely wanted a big picture to put there.
it honestly isn't huge at all

I got a huge one (maybe 16x24?) which was done on canvas. I hated it and never hung it up. I felt like I was always staring at a picture of myself. I was just never a fan of the pic to begin with either....

11x14 and it is framed I think 16x20. You may want to think about checking out frame sizes and there cost if that may be an issue in the future. Odd size frames cost more.

I think 11x14. I don't like big pictures of people. Trust me, I'll take a large picture of a sailboat or a sunset, but not of us.

We didn't do any enlargements or albums. We just made sure we got the negatives and proofs.
In fact, there aren't any photos of us from our wedding day displayed in our home.  (I do have some 4x6s and such of family & friends though. )
