What is the name of the product that you put under the baby on the changing pad?
My brother gave me one he used for his DS. It's not totally waterproof, but definitely more "sturdy" than just a towel. It looks like maybe it's water "resistant". I would say it's maybe like a "chuck" for a baby so that if anything spills over during a diaper change, it might "catch it" so you don't have to change the whole changing pad cover.
Any idea what it's called so I can order more? TIA!

I'm not sure what you are talking about but I use something I got at BRU and I think they are just called changing pad covers. It is towel materiel on 1 side with a plastic lining on the back & came in a pack of 3. Boppy makes them too! Total lifesavers bc DD is infamous for going as soon as we switch diapers!

I used to buy chucks from a local medical supply store to use.

We just used chux that we bought from Walgreens or CVS. Not the most environmentally friendly, but super duper easy, especially for all those exploding newborn diapers
If you want the pads though, they are usually just called waterproof changing pads or something along those lines.

We use jumbo lap pads. They have been great. We started with three, but now we have six, which works out well. Got them from bbb. Love them!!

I used these small pads I bought from BRU that measure about 10x10 inches. Similar to these: waterproof pads They're perfect for swapping out if anything gets transferred from a heavily soiled diaper onto the pad. I only have to change the changing pad cover once a week because these pads can be changed daily, if need be!

i have the boppy pad liners. They have saved me multiple and multiple times from having to change the whole change pad cover. I have one pack of these which contain 3 and 2 changing pad covers and i am usually good at all times. Maybe once or twice i had none of them cleaned cause i didnt do her laundry. i love them!!! boppy pad liners

It sounds like you're talking about the Boppy changing pad liner. I use them all the time both at home and out. They say you can't machine dry them, but I do it all the time and they're fine FYI.
Here's the link to see if it's the same one. And if so you can get them at BBB or BRU.

I also use the boppy brand changing pad protectors.
I also have some of the waterproof changing pads and lap pads (the small ones are called) for putting in the crib when he's sick with boogie nose when he was little and spitting up or to keep in my bag as and extra changing pad on the go.
But for the changing table at home, I like the look and ease of the boppy oval shaped one.

Used these.. LOVE these. I refused to buy a changing pad (had one given to me but gave it away) I lived in such a small apt it was just change her wherever was closer, couch, floor, bed, etc. To be fair, I had twin baby brothers and a baby sister at 16 and had learned very early that changing quickly and often kept me sane. Sure it was easier with just one but I had experience at changing on the fly instead of moving a designated 'area'.
Still used them when she got old enough to start potty training (just in case of a night/nap accident) They make a version that fits over the crib mattress. We still have that one.
We also used them under her when she got sick. Sick enough to spit up at night or vomit. They were great to catch the mess, keep the clean up to a minimum which was huge when it seem to always happen between 1am-5am (ETA: we co slept until 1yr so that meant this vomit would/could ruin OUR whole night for sure!)
