I gave it up all together in the first trimester. I am currently on my second cup of REAL coffee. This chick needs coffee.

My doc said one cup a day is fine. I gave it up all together, but when we were trying I was doing half decaf/half regular

the taste is yummy and the sugar helps wake you up. I only put one packet of sugar , but it helps. I drank decaf my whole pregnancy and will continue to drink decaf forever since I'm so used to it now

I tried to do decaf but i was getting really bad head aches so i have the one cup a day.

I drink decaf for other health reasons, but it took a while to get used to. After having to give up smoking (before PG), drinking and coffee, I miss real coffee the most

I had 1 cup of reg. during my first tri, but gave it up around the second. My dr. said it was fine - and my lactation consultant is 22 weeks pg. and she has one cup a day.
Even though I had the baby, I didn't go back to reg. To me... it tastes the same.
