I think boys are easy (maybe because I just buy what *I* like...   )
Anything with cars or trucks. Anything with lights/sirens/sounds.
For older boys, things you can crash (either designed into the toy, or things that can withstand being crashed)
whatever the latest "boy" movie is out. Cars is still popular, Spiderman is big. So is Transformers.

I bought my gift last week and spent $15 and I really really hope the person I have doesn't already have it. I know he/she has a ton of toys based on what I read on here!
