For a casual brunch I love Jamesons in Floral Park -- it's not too expensive and there's not an overwhelming selection (a carving station, omelets to order, 10-12 selections, plus salads, pastries etc).
Garden City has an over the top selection that is out of this world, especially if you like seafood/sushi but it's pricy.

if your willing to travel out east - Cooperidge Inn is great. It's in Calverton/Baiting Hollow and you have to make a reservation

Ooooh, it's soo good! And if you go on their website you can sign up to recieve e-mails from them and every now and then they send you a coupon for buy one get brunch!!

We went to Singletons in Bethpage this week and I have to say it was really nice!
And I love those complimentary Bloody Mary's!
