I like Gerber for one reason and Carter's for another.
Generally I do not like any Gerber product. I think their products are cheaply made. DS has never even eaten Gerber food either. However I like their onesies because the fabric is very thin which makes a good undershirt/ underwear for DS. He always wears an undershirt onesie even now at 20 months. IMO they are good for that reason because I'm getting the extra layer (a good barrier for the occasional blow out diaper) without the extra bulk of thicker cotton. Plus they aren't all that expensive so if they stain or shrink I don't mind too much.
I like Carter's onesies as an outside shirt with graphic designs/ sayings, etc. the material is good quality and they are truer to size. Also, if I want to layer a short sleeve tshirt with a long sleeve onesie, I'd use a long sleeve Carter's since it would be used as a regular shirt, not an undergarment. Besides, Gerber long sleeved onesies are more like 3/4 length sleeve lol.
I have no experience with BRU brand onesies.

We always used carters, but i just startes using Hanna Andersson for undershirts and they are amazing!

This is actually a very good point. I also consider the Gerber ones almost to be "throw away" onesies. They have saved many pairs of pants. I too also like them as a thin extra layer without the added bulk.
