What is your favorite/least favorite meal of the day?
I like a good lunch or dinner but I hate breakfast. The only breakfast foods I really like are bacon & bagels. Actually my MOST favorite thing is appetizers! lol

we eat breakfast once a week at best...
I find if I eat breakfast, I'm much hungrier for the rest of the day, and eat much more than if I skip it...
not to mention, most classic breakfast foods are rather unhealthy omlettes,pancakes, cereal.... (cereal is high in carbs, often high in sugar, and is very caloric since very few people I know eat the 1/3 cup 'serving size'.....)

I'm not a big fan of lunch - but I take one to get away from work/desk. I would prefer to have breakfast and dinner everyday

I love all the meals & snacks too... I think that's my problem  Actually I'm more of an all day "snacker" than a big meal eater

I could give or take breakfast and most days lunch unless i'm at work, but I ♥ dinner. The whole experience for me is like a nice ending to the day
