Coconut Martinis from Honu are amazing, they have toasted coconut on the rim!
I also love french martinis, pom martinis, chocolate martinis,
Novita makes an amazing rosini martini which is vodka and muddled strawberries delish!

lemon martini
lemon grey goose and triple sec with a sugar rim 
(but to be a purist.... nothing is really a martini except gin/vermouth with an olive... then again, I don't like that drink  )

Cosmos, pomagrante, key lime pie and I love French martinis from Conti's in Little Neck. I used to get them on the rocks. YUMMY!
