My moms dressing balsamic vinegar and oil.....I dont know what she does but it is so good..but if i'am wanna be a fatty i use russian.

I make my own depending on the dish I'm serving the salad with. I love using fresh ingredients - especially shallots.
When I'm out I tend to order Ranch.

what's the goddess dressing?
Green goddess is SO good.
Usually it's this:
1/2 med. avocado
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
1/8 c. finely chopped scallions
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour cream

Marie's Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette
I cannot LIVE without this dressing! DH bought it, he actually hates bleu cheese, but he thought I would like it. It tastes exactly like the dressing on the bleu cheese chopped salad at Outback
