What is YOUR goal this year?
MINE...is to finally reach the 10% mark at WW and eventually goal weight.
My pattern has always been I fall off the wagon right as I get to 10% and then I gain the weight back and I am back where I started and then some
Forgot to add non weightloss things...
BUY A HOUSE!

I'd like to lose 10-12lb by my birthday
Buy a home
Train my new puppy to do some tricks
I'd like to FINALLY reach 10% - maybe by the end of the spring
I'll get back to you in the beginning of the summer

Mine is to lose another 30 lbs. (Lost 32 lbs since August) and to work out for at least 45 minutes (Cardio) 5 days a week and 20-30 minutes of weight training 3 days a week. So far I have done it. 3 weeks down, 49 more to go.
