what is your morning drink?
I used to be SUCH a coffee person...I cannot stomach it anymore, I have been drinking tea.
Lately tea is not sitting well with me.
For this who drink tea, what kind do you drink.
What other drinks to you have in the AM?

I have just recently started drinking decaf tea in the AM. And every time I drink it, baby dances around a whole lot which cracks me up! MAybe it's just the hot temperature, I don't know. I recently bought a package of herbal teas also- my sister in law said she used to drink chamomile and mint tea when she was preggo and it was really gentle on her stomach- maybe try something like that?

I drink my regular Lipton Tea. I tried the Decaf and did not like it. lol. I only have one cup a day, so its not alot of caffeine. I also love Chamomile tea, also not sure if you ever tried Sleepy Time before bed. I love that too!

right now it is either coffee or hot chocolate! But in my first tri it was chocolate milk. I couldn't handle coffee either and for some reason the chocolate milk always went down fine..

first thing in Am it's apple juice.
Then when I get to work, either a hot chocolate or decaf coffee. Today I switched it up and ordered a Decaf Mocha from Starbucks. YUMMM

i LOVE yogurt smoothies  vanilla or strawberry.
I also drink coffee but I find that it has just been sitting there, i buy it and only drink like a 1/3

My good friend (PG a week ahead of me) got me addicted to Peppermint Tea while I was PG -
SHE was a huge coffee drinker - me, not at all.
I just loved the Peppermint Tea, she said it helped to settle her stomach
