what is your worst habit?
i have a few i am sure  but my worst habit i think is interrupting people.
and the really bad part is i am always criticizing my DH for doing that to me

I stress over things tto much, like obssesively. When something is bothering me, I just can't get it out of my head. Even to sleep I need sleeping pills.

Mine too. I just get excited or whatever, and interrupt. And I know I do it and then feel bad after. I need to control myself before it happens. I'm working on it.

My coworker does this and I actually just pause now to let her finish and see if she is right or wrong. It drives me nuts though and I am not close enough to say something to her.
My worst habit is chewing my lips or the inside of my cheeks. . .

I let my bedroom get REALLY messy.. Like.. BAD (with piles of clothes and stuff, not dirty)
I keep the rest of everything nice.. but my room just gets neglected..
I am really trying to form some better habits, but I've always been this way

Sorry, but i do the same to my DH adn it makes him nuts. But he is a sloooooww talker so I try to get him to hurry up.
I guess patience is something I need to work on.
