What kind of bag for Disney?
Last year I used my diaper bag, but found it annoying to always have to unclip it to go on rides and buses. Plus it was always tipping the carriage over or smacking my kids in the head if I was holding it while bending down to help them with something. So, I was thinking of a backpack or cross body even though I usually don't wear those styles. What does everyone else like to use that works well with two toddlers?

i used a shoulder bag for our camera. It has a compartment up top for things other than the camera and it was perfect. But she was 3 and we only have one kiddo. I'm a huge fan of backpacks or anything that leaves my hands totally free.

My concern about a backpack was having to carry it around in the heat. Doesn't it make your back sweaty?! I suppose I could hang it from the mommy hook while we walk if it gets annoying.

I really liked using the Vera Bradley back sack for Disney...the draw string style of the shoulder straps makes it so nobody can pickpocket your bag from behind. I don't remember feeling overly hot when wearing it.

I usually have a large tote attached to the stroller with the non valuables (snacks, wipes, drinks)
Then a drawstring, light backpack with my camera, cell phone, money etc.

Re: What kind of bag for Disney?
Yes, the backpack does make me a little sweaty, but I try to hang it on the stroller when I can and carry it just on lines/shows.

Re: What kind of bag for Disney?
My husband always carries a backpack. I usually take a diaper bag but last time I bought a smaller beach type cross body bag - found it cheap at Sears - lol. It was perfect! It was 90+ degrees and it didn't bother me and so easy for getting on and off rides. I kept it as light as possible. Diapers, wipes, changing pad, camera, small wallet, kids autograph books, small snacks, etc. DH carried in his knapsack video camera and change of shirts, anything else we may have needed. We brought a small cooler with drinks and kept in stroller all day.

Re: What kind of bag for Disney?
We used a backpack for all baby stuff and I bought a tiny cross body bag (for phone and wallet) so that I didn't always have to lug the backpack onto all rides. I figured no one was stealing a bunch of diapers and I would leave it under the stroller!

We have our inexpensive diaper bag Eddie Bauer diaper bag filled with all the baby stuff (DS was 11mos and still on formula - that was a whole other carefully laid out plan) and DS wore a backpack with our expensive items. We left the diaper bag on the carriage with no issues. So the only time it had to come off was for the bus there and back.

Backpack!! We went to Disney last June and it was hot but if you hang it off the stroller every so often it's no big deal.

We used a backpack and hooked it to the stroller with the mommy hook when we didn't want to hold it.
