what kind of decor do you have in your bedroom

my bedroom is so boring! i dont even know where to begin. when we lived with FIL we had all our pictures in our bedroom cause that was one of our main rooms ..now all i have is the kiss me goodnight sign

any suggestions? any ideas?

I dont have pics of it all decorated, but we have a beige and brown room and I added color with green curtains and green candles with silver candlesticks. I also have a big bamboo plant too. I have the papal blessing we received from our wedding, which also has the colors of my bedroom in it lol.

I dont have anything over my bed yet. I keep on going back and forth with what I want. I have seen girls on here put those floating shelves above their bed which look nice! Or you can get those vinyl phrases which are cute too!

Our bedroom is "beachy".

White furniture, blue/green walls...our e-pic on the wall ---which was on the beach..

the painting above our bed is a watercolor blue,greens with a sailboat...

very serene.

DH grew up on the beach and I just love the vibe...

nothing yet - we still need to settle on a window treatment, get an area rug, get side tables and lamps....after that i am picturing some nice candles, a white orchid in front of the window, and a picture or two of us...
