What kind of earrings do you wear?

when I was younger, I used to wear a different pair everyday. I have so many pairs of earrings!

I got diamond studs a few years ago and haven't worn anything else since.

i got a nice pair of diamond studs and stopped switching


but this year i have gone back to wearing different ones

i def have some (like my gold hoops) that i wear more than others, but I try to switch it up.

now diamond studs every day

2 or 3 years ago when big earings were in- my earing hole streched out- I had it ripped thru when I was little- so I decided not to chance it anymore once I got it sewn back up- for $700

it hurts to wear big heavy earings now- I had to wear them for my BFs wedding- they were part of the gift- I was in pain the whole night

I have simple small silver hoops, some pearl drops with little white gold bows on them, pearl studs with a little diamond chip on each and a few pairs of amber earrings from Poland.

I had a pair of white gold earings that I used to wear that were antique style -- had the clasp and then a rectangular piece with scrollwork and stuff on it...

but Emily liked to pull on them a lot.

Now that I won the contest on here I have my diamond studs and I've not taken them off since I got them.

I wear very small hoop earrings (not sure if they're white gold or platinum). DH bought them for me 6 years ago and I NEVER take them out except on like the weekends or if I get dressed up.

I love wearing the dangly earrings....but usually for everyday I wear my silver ball studs or diamond studs.

I too am a victim of stretched out earring holes, but mine were way pre J-LO, I was more Queen Latifah and MC Lyte era . I love earrings so I suffer often because of their weight, but when I'm not int he mood for discomfort, I wear diamond studs or pearl studs

I got mine done by a plastic surgeon- who is doing yours for $150?????

this was my second time - this first time my earing ripped out when I was 6 doing cartwheels on a rug- my earing stayed on the rug- and my Mom took me to a plastic surgeon- so I went back

he did a great job-I have no scar

I don't always wear earrings...but, when I do it's my diamond studs.

Pearl studs pretty much everyday. Once in a while, fun earrings if they go with an outfit when I'm going out.

i bought myself these last year

ive alwaus wanted big diamond studs but neither me or my husband can afford that at this point

I wear pearls studs on somedays and diamond studs on the other.

Dr Peter Berman in Huntington, one of my good friends is a family physician in my community and she HiGHLY recommended him )he specializes in ENT surgery). I go in to have my ear sewn up and then 10 days later I go back and he re-pierces it for me. If you ever need it done again i can FM you his #, and, here is the added benefit...he looks EXACTLY like DR MC DREAMY!!!!! I swear, he is known around here as Dr Mc Dreamy2. It's worth the viist just to gawk at him.

I have 8 holes , so in 6 holes, I have garnet studs (my birthstone) and diamond studs (gift from moi for my 21st). The bottom hole is open for whatever I feel like. Studs, small danglers, hoops, long earrings, whatever goes with my outfit.

DH got me diamond studs and I have worn them ever since...the only time I wore hanging ones was on my wedding day...hangin earrings tend to annoy me
