I do have an issue with the stacking like that. I know it's obviously not intentionally sexual, but bits and pieces are going where they really shouldn't be going.... 
I agree. Some of those kids are just way too old to be posed in such a way with each other AND their mom.
What is so wrong with wearing clothes when taking a family picture???
As a side note, I know that people have had CPS called on them for far less and having this photo out there (if it is in fact real) would make me very nervous.
