I'm curious to see what DNA testing will reveal. I'm watching him on CNN right now and the whole thing seems kind of shady - not sure if he did it. I agree with the others who are saying that he may be falsely admitting to this crime in order to avoid jail time in Thailand.
CNN is also reporting right now that his ex-wife does not think he committed the Ramsey murder.

Regardless of whether or not he killed her. I hope two things happen.
1) I hope that the police no longer botch this case any further than it has already been botched. Id hate to see this guy get away on a technicality (if so, I suppose he COULD be sent back to Thailand to face his accusers there)
and
2) That if he did not kill her, that he is still treated as a sex offender here in the US. By his statements alone, he is a threat to everyone - especially children.

John Mark Karr, 41, will be taken within the week to Colorado, where he will face charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping and child sexual assault, Ann Hurst of the Department of Homeland Security told a news conference in Bangkok.
"I was with JonBenet when she died," Karr told reporters afterward, visibly nervous and stuttering. "Her death was an accident."
Asked if he was innocent of the crime, Karr said: "No."
As he was escorted to his guesthouse to pick up his belongings, Karr told The Associated Press: "I am so very sorry for what happened to JonBenet. It's very important for me that everyone knows that I love her very much, that her death was unintentional, that it was an accident."
Asked what happened when JonBenet died, he said: "It would take several hours to describe that. It's a very involved series of events that would involve a lot of time. It's very painful for me to talk about it."
He told the AP he made "several efforts to communicate with Patricia before she passed away," referring to JonBenet's mother, who died in June, "and it is my understanding that she did read my letters."
No evidence against Karr has been made public beyond his own admission. U.S. and Thai officials did not directly answer a question at the news conference Thursday about whether there was DNA evidence connecting him to the crime.
"He said it was second-degree murder. He said it was unintentional," Suwat said. "He said he loved this child, that he was in love with her. He said she was very pretty, a pageant queen. She was the school star, she was very cute and sweet."

I agree with you but i feel that the Ramseys made themselves look guilty by not cooperating with police. We all know in a situation like that they are going to suspect the parents, so it is important to be patient and helpful with the police...
I'll give you that - you are right. BUT they did lose a child which is the absolute worst thing imaginable for a parent. I think it would be impossible to thinkand act rationally when you lose a child while the whole world is watching. They could not grieve the way they deserved to grieve - privately.
but they lied as well they said there son was sound aslepp when ... he was on the 911 police tape screaming.. so it is untruths like that , that made the police  the police were like who cares if he was up or now wea re just asking a ?? and you lie

That guy is SICK!!! I also have my doubts about whether or not he really did it. However I do know that he is crazy and should not be allowed near children ever again.

That man is so full of crap and the Boulder police will probably once again mess everything up. Since they basically ruined the investigation to begin. I'm a firm believer that the brother killed her by accident and that the Mother tried to cover it up so not to loose both children.. etc..

Why do we allow these animals to walk to streets? They should be locked up like the animals they are and kept out of the public for the rest of their pathetic lives

I agree with you. I'm going with the innocent till proven guilty theory on this one. Something is just off on this case. Maybe we haven't hard enough of the story, but like you said, it just sounds fishy.

drudge says that the autposy shows there were no drugs in her system...
so there is conflicting info. i think its a hoax
why do i feel that he was paid to accept responsibility for this death..or something...or that the father paid him off - who knows
