Bigger kitchen/layout of our kitchen. We have an older home and the layout is just crazy. It really is a good sized kitchen, but because of the layout, it makes you go nutty (they turned the attached mud room into part of the eat in kitchen, so know it is an L-shaped kitchen and the washer and dryer is in the basement).

Ok - now with most of these things - do you think they are things that you will eventually change in your home or will you just buy a new home in a few years?
I used to think I would want to stay here forever but now I think that there is just too much that I want changed that I would just look for a new house eventually.
we will def move.

Hmm I have a list, wish I had more property, then we could enlarge our small house
Wish we had a den, fireplace. Wished the staircase wasnt down the middle of the house, wish we had a second bath

nah we have a ranch in seaford.
bedrooms are in back of the house, and one of my reasons for not wanting a A line cape was that damn staircase down the middle
So what do we do? buy a house with a staircase down the middle of the house
