Public Bathroom Etiquette/Vent
Why oh why when there is a "powder" room outside a bathroom do women feel the need to stay in the bathroom to chat/put their makeup on/simply just hang out even if someone in the bathroom obviously needs privacy? totally TMI but sorry just needed to get that out!

I hate that!
My pet peeve (or the thing that pizzes me off ). If there are 5 stalls & I'm in stall #2, you should NOT pick stall #1 or #3. I don't care if it's your regular stall.

LOL... funny shyt. Then pick stall #1 or #5 so your chances of getting someone next to you is minimal.

I hate the ones that talk on their CELL in the bathroom. But I'm more disgusted with the ones who bring coffee or food in there. Just nasty.

I've thought that they were talking to me, too! And the food thing seriously makes me nauseous but the women on my floor think nothing of doing that.

I hate the food/drink thing! They leave their cr@p all over the sinks where we wash the germs off our hands. Good thinking as I take my dirty hands and remove your bottled water from my sink so I can wash my hands!

Re: Public Bathroom Etiquette/Vent
another pet peeve of mine (BRs are a big thing with me obviously): when you work in an office with not THAT many women and they supply seat covers WHY would you not either a) use the seat covers or b) at least wipe the seat if you pee all over it. I feel like posting a sign that says the Central Park Zoo is only a few blocks away but its not here

Re: Public Bathroom Etiquette/Vent
I actually had a question about the seat cover thing. Today someone did exactly what you said peed all over the seat. I then tried to throw a seat cover down but I have to say that thing was soaking wet. Whats the point of them. Ultimately I left and waited until I got home. It was really gross!

Re: Public Bathroom Etiquette/Vent
Speaking of peeing on the seat....
.... this makes me wonder.... a woman is probably close enough to the seat that when she hits it... it probably bounces back and gets all over her, legs, a$$, etc..... no?
Talk about nasty.
At least when us men hit the seat... we have enough distance to dodge any reflections.
Which also makes me wonder... how the hell can you hit the seat if you are that close to it?
Hmmmmm.... ok I think I wasted enough time with this post.
Sorry for the TMI in advance.

The owner of the company I used to work for did this and would be talking to another coworker who was in the stall next to her like it was nothing.

I don't understand how people can leave balled up toilet paper that has been used on the seat. At my job, I frequently find tp sitting on the toilet seat. Gross!

takes practice but the aim of the stream CAN be controlled. all it takes is strong thigh muscles, proper feet placement and the precise angle of the azz .
