i am very allergice to splenda - did you know it is made from chlorine... ewww - my dr yelled at me for using it ...like i knew.
it is plain old sugar for me from now on.

yes yes they were mentioning something about chlorine too- i was like what the heck are they talking about, yikes I think I will stick to regular sugar.

Splenda is the trade name for a new synthetic compound called sucralose, comprised of two molecules of sucrose (sugar) and three molecules of chlorine. While some industry experts claim the molecule is similar to salt, other independent researchers say it has more in common with pesticides.

OMG- pesticides!!!!!! just great- Im sure that is screwing with our hormones too!!!!
