Billy Joel fans!
Dates for his 2006 tour are supposed to be announced tomorrow! The Jacksonville, FL date has already been announced. I'm so excited!!!

YAY!! Jaxsonville is a bit far for me to drive too. Then again I can always make a weekend out of it. Stay at Amelia Island Plantation and just enjoy a nice getaway and a billy joel concert

I am SO excited that I have been checking for the concert dates all day today, even though they aren't supposed to be announced until tomorrow! I'm such a Billy Joel addict!

Billy Joel just takes me back to when I younger-- it just reminds me of growing up-- and I love going to concerts where I know all the words to the songs!

One of the Billy Joel/Elton John concerts at Giants Stadium I was moved down to the front row from the nosebleeders! I was next to Donald Trump and Marla Maples. Her engagement ring was the size of that whole first joint on your finger. It was huge!!!! She was dancing along, he was just standing there in a suit.
If you have crappy seats, get there really early and be all excited. He sends out staffers to go around and move down female fans (and the guy I was with) who are excited to be there. It's worked for me twice!

The official dates have not been released yet, but according to one of the fan sites, there is supposed to be an MSG show on 1/23. I will keep everyone posted when I find out more.
Unfortunately, I will be away from the computer for most of the day today, so whoever finds out first should post.

I just read on billboard.com
Dates on the tour, which includes stops in such markets as Las Vegas, Jacksonville, Fla., and New York, will begin being announced as soon as Friday (Nov. 11). Ticket prices will top out at $75 in most markets.
so they may not even come out today at all.
