I had a big FOOD weekend (including Monday- all in celebration of hubby's birthday) and know I went over in points, so I skimped on points here and there for the rest of this week to try to make up for some of it. I know this is bad to do, but I figured once shouldn't hurt . . . .
I did not post daily this week so here are my daily menus starting from Tuesday.
Tuesday 10/3

Yep. I'm a fatty fat fat. I'm so good until dinner time, it seems - and even then I think I'm good. Last night though we went to a friends house for dinner. I had steak and potatoes and home made apple pie - which was delicious! I weighed myself and gained a pound. I'm finding that if I use ANY of my flex points, I don't lose weight for the week. And tomorrow is IRISH DAY! Crap.

Dinner We're supposed to go bowling so I won't really have time to make dinner. I can't eat any bar food or anything, so this should be interesting.

Lunch 1 Turkey Sandwhich -3 slices turkey breast -weight watchers mulitgrain bread -1 tbsp ff mayo -1 slice 2% american cheese -lettuce and tomatoe 1 apple 100 calorie snack pack (cheez-it)
Dinner 1 serving chicken breast 1 cup brown rice 2 cups salad w/ vinegrette dressing
Excercise Kickboxing!

I have 9 weeks left before the wedding I wanted to lose wt for....I have to be better, Ive been going over my points on the weekend

D: at my parent's house- roasted chicken breast, roasted veggies, TINY bit of cajun pasta. tiny piece of 7 layer bar - my favorite!
