He slept okay last night...funny, but I was the one who was up with nightmares....I can't shake it! We'll see how he is when he gets home tonight.

DH saw him moving around afterward....I think he is in shock.  He told me the man said "good morning" to those next to him, then dove for it.
Wow - had your DH ever seen this guy before? Was a regular commuter?

That's a terrible thing to witness and not something he's going to get over quickly. However, lots of love and patience and lots and lots of talking will help.

Isn't it weird? The coffee truck guy at the station told Dan this morning that he had sold the guy a cup of coffee just before he did it. Guess he wanted one last cup? I can't imagine the pain in his life for him to do that.
