Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
I use Italian dressing and let them marinate in there for an hour or so.

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
I usually marinate them in italian dressing, or just sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

I don't really season them but I do marinate them in either:
Soy Vey Very Teriyaki (SOOO GOOD) Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce BBQ Sauce Lemon Pepper Sauce (pre-made or you can add pepper and lemon juice) Balsamic Vinegar

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
i marinate cutlets overnight in balsamic vinegar and crushed garlic in tupperware. it is great on the bar-b-q. i also have a grill pan that i use when i can't use the bar-b-q, it comes out good on the pan but better on the bar-b-q.

What do you guys actually grill the chicken on? An actual outdoor gas grill? Skillet? Foreman?
We are looking for more chicken ideas.

I never seemed to get good results on the foreman for chicken. Its great for steak... but i can't seem to get it right for chicken.
Any tips? How long do you put it on there for? Thin sliced? Thick?
Do you need to flip it yourself or does it cook both sides?

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
I had the contemporary nonstick calphalon grill pan and it got ruined easily and was hard to maintain. The Calphalon One is a better quality. As an FYI on nonstick surfaces, do not use PAM - it creates a sticky residue. Use a Misto Olive Oil Sprayer, so much better for the Pan's durability.
