How many Times a Day-

do you and your DH/DW talk on the phone?

My husband calls me a lot and right now I feel bad b/c I actually had nothing to say, I just saw him a few hours ago and this was his 2nd call this morning. What can you talk about--??

We usually talk once a day. Mostly it is to tell me that he is on his way home. I'm a teacher, so it kind of prevents us from talking while I'm working. But yesterday, we didn't talk at all.

Some days twice, some days zero. It depends on how busy we are.

Sometimes he calls me in the morning, but usually not until he’s driving home. His job is very demanding. I’m fine with it. We live together after all.

It's in spurts usually. The past month it has been three times, sometimes more; but there have also been a lot of times that we don't talk until see eachother at home.

Usually none. We work for the same company, but in different locations. If we need to ask eachother something, it's usually through email.

Usually just one time- on his way home. I call like 6 times a day and always get his voice mail which infuriates me. He is impossible to get in touch with.

We talk a couple of times a day.
I am home all day and DH is a salesman, so he is in the car for parts of the day - so we shoot the breeze while he drives.
Lately, it has been a lot more during the day - do to I am due in a couple of weeks, so he likes to make sure I am doing ok

I have the same problem sometimes. He'll call to say he loves me then ask me what's going on and thinks I sound snooty when I say the same thing as the last time you called 30 minutes ago.

But then I get annoyed when I don't hear from him since I am used to it.

He really can't win.

We work three offices away from each other so we pop in to see each other during the day once or twice, but a lot of times that's work related.

Rarely. He's on a recorded line so he's not comfortable talking about anything - likes to keep work and personal life separate. He calls if he has a client or broker dinner or something he has to go to and will be late.

2-3x. He calls in the am to find out how the kiddies are... around lunchtime to see what's doing... and on his way home from work to see if I need anything.

We normally don't call each other at work, unless I'm REALLY bored.

We work for the same dept, different buildings, so we talk pretty often. Usually 3 or more times per day.

3-4 times a day!! Except for when I have all day meetings then none!!
