Capital One credit cards! They never sent me my email bill and since I rarely use the card I didn't know I had a renewal charge on there. I only found out when they called 3 MONTHS LATER and had reported it to my credit report. My perfect credit RUINED!

2. Lucille Roberts....I called to cancel my membership when the yr was up...it took me 5 months to get them to stop billing me...but they refused to refund me the $$ for the 5 months....Until I told them I was calling 7 on your side.
3. Carpet Depot...Dh and I went there last night...and they had no prices listed. I kinda felt like they would charge different prices for different people...so I told DH I would not do business with them...when the guy asked why we were leaving DH told him that "my wife feels that you run a dishonest business since you don't list prices...and I think that she is probably right."

Major companies? Verizon Wireless! Do not offer me the option to only receive online billing if it's NOT going to show the same damn thing as the paper bill does!!!!!!!
Bombay Company is pretty damn bad too. And currently I've been trying to get one of the 'feet' for a silverware caddy from Southern Home Living for, oh, 2 months. It takes them four years to write back and then when they do they ask for more RIDICULOUS information. Awful.
Customer service is my biggest issue with places. I'm sorry but that is the ONE thing that a company has complete and utter control over and should be the number 1 priority as far as I'm concerned. If you're in a business that has customers, your business would not exist without them - take care of them!!!!!

Them: well you will have to pay for the contract so that we can go out but it won't take effect for a few days so we will also have to charge you 125.00 an hour
Me: You can't be serious (and then I hung up)
I have no heat and they are trying to rack me over the coals. I HATE KEYSPAN!!
I called another company and had my heat fixed in an hour for 60.00 dollars.

Add me to the Dell list. When we had to order new computers for work, a customer service rep called my office and accused us of stealing my bosses credit card. Nevermind that The person placing the order is ON the credit card.

Dell customer service has been pretty awful too - wait forever to be connected to someone in another country that I can't understand - but let's not start that debate again.
DH has had issues with AOL customer service too!
D I T T O!!!!!!!!
at least after waiting on hold FOR 45 minutes, i'd LIKE to be connected to someone who CAN speak english clearly, where i'm NOT asking him to constantly repeat himself!!!!!!!!! i got so frustrated the other night, after the THIRD time asking him to repeat himself, I finally just blurted out: "i'm sorry sir, but I HAVE NO FREAKIN' CLUE AS TO WHAT THE HELLL YOU'RE SAYING!!!!!"

I have heard about people having HUGE problems with AOL, I have never had to deal with them fortunatly. Dell was another one, I was on hold for like 45 minutes waiting for someone!!
My worst experience was with Citibank, the credit card dept! I was FUMING mad!
