10 paid vacation days
40 hours of personal time (include sick and personal days)
At my first job, I had 4 weeks vacation, 7 sick days, 2 floating holidays, and 24 hours of emergency time off. Those were the days

my firm doesn't split the two I get 23 days total a year for whatever, but we accrue days every two weeks for the following year that we can borrow from. I also work from home 2 days a week so if I'm sick I can still work from home and not use my days.
my company does it this way too bu I get 30.

I have an insane amount of days off. My company has flex time so we can carry over 4 weeks of vacation a year. I am so busy at work that I can't take it all. Well this year I have 45 days off (yes 9 weeks). I have to take at least 5 weeks because I can only carry over the 4 weeks. I am just taking random days off so that I can make it. The vacation is definitely the best part of my company. I have been with my company for 4 years but you start with 4 weeks.

If you're under 5 years it's 2 weeks vacation and 7 days-sick/personal.

Company closings for holidays vary year to year from 6-8

as of now i get a month and 1/2 for vacation days and have 57 sick days which we automatically accumulate 13 days per year

I have 10 vacation, 3 personal, and MTV optional day (which is basically another vacation day) and 10 sick days...
So basically I have 14 days vacay and 10 sick...

We get 15 vacation and 12 sick days starting our first year. But we accumulate both...so it's not as though we have them to use from right from the get go. I should add that I work in the non-profit world and they tend to be "generous" when it comes to that stuff to make up for the crappy pay.
Also we get 2 personal days and a floating holiday. Along with about 10 or 11 holidays a year.

Four weeks vacation, plus the week before Christmas—it's a freebie, we all have off. Two personal days. Unlimited sick.

Yup - same on the Viacom side but not the additional optional day. So I have 10 vacation, 10 sick, 3 personal. Plus we are allowed to carrover half of our vacation time into the next year.

When I worked at a college, I had 22 vacation days, 4 floating holidays, 5 personal days, and 22 sick days... low pay but killer benefits!

We get no vacation days because we're teachers, well, then I guess we get a lot of vacation days is more like it. My school has unlimited sick days. As long as you do not abuse the system, you get paid for the days you're sick.

I get 2 weeks vacation accrued and 2 personal days accrued. They do not limit our sick days.
Come January I will get 3 weeks, 3 days..still unlimited sick.
After 7 years I get 4 weeks.
