Updated w/ larger pics - Old 70's blue bath/tile reglazed to a new white bath
We glazed our bath and tub and are so happy w/ the results!
No matter what we did it never felt or looked clean and it was so hard to keep clean w/ the grimy old grout.
It was even more blue than this. When we moved in we removed the blue vanities and just recently we removed the blue toilet (no pics of either of these things unfortunately) and added white vanities and a Kohler toilet. We even had a blue floor that I covered recently with vinyl flooring (as I didn't want to spend too much $/effort on this bath b/c we plan to move in a couple of years).

My brother's friend used them, then my brother did 2 tubs with him and now we did this. You get a 5 year guarantee too.

Thank you! I know some of you guys might want to glaze your tubs over too, as we have had numerous posts about this on here. THe pictures do not even do it justice. For us the tile was in perfect condition, just that dated color that was so hard to decorate nicely with.
We just wanted to spruce it up b/c we do plan to move within a few years. Only time will tell how it will hold up, but considering they give you a 5 year warranty, was worth it to us.

Looks amazing !! I just suggested doing this same process to a friend who just bought a house...their tub is mauve !! We had a yellow tub but decided to replace it altogether.
Guess the 70's was REALLY colorful

yeah, in a trippy sort of way  I was so shocked as a kid when the 1980's came around... I finally realized that everything doesn't HAVE to be ugly

They guarantee for 5 years. So I assume it will last as long as that or longer. Hoping it lasts that or longer with the proper care by us, but only time will tell.
