I have always believed he was sterile.when marriage #1 ended she got preggo right away and supposedly when he broke it off with Nicole she was reportedly preggo then had a miscarriage.I figured Tom broke it off with her cuz he knew he wasn't the father..

A friend of mine was at a shoot in LA where she learned from the producer - that Katie Holmes was never pregnant and hence, never gave birth to a child.
i gather this producer is friend of her manager or maybe now ex manager.
Anyhow, and the reason nobody saw the baby for so long is that they were looking for one to adopt.
Far fetched for the normal public - but with Tom Cruise antics it doesn't seem too far out there.
if so great performance ...
i definitly believe this--and i wouldnt be suprised, he is wacked out!

he definately has problems. Its a shame because he is a talented actor but I don't think I could ever take him seriously again. Not only has he ruined his career, I think he ruined Katie's as well.

I do not believe that she was never preggo, maybe Tom isn't the father but that belly looks real to me. JMHO but I think that this story is a bit far fetched even for wacky Tom Cruise.

I don't know -- I saw one pic of her that was supposedly towards the end and her ankles were SO swollen, which is typical of pregnancy.

I have to agree. I mean, there was a birth certificate, so I find it hard to believe that a hospital would partake in this conspiracy.
I feel the same way too...But it is a good thought.

I was perplexed with the inflating/deflating belly but towards the end, her face certainly changed and still looked different after 'the baby' was born.
BUT, I remember reading wayyyyyyyyyyy way back in teh day, probably like the mid 90's that the reason he and mimi rogers ended was b/c he was sterile and she went on to have kids with her next husband.

I think that maybe the baby is not his at all and that is why we have not see her. I also think that maybe she had the baby earlier then they lead us to believe and they prolonged it to make it match up with the timeline of when they started to be together.
