I have a huge All Clad grill pan, it covers two burners and you can make a ton of stuff at once, I love it!

What do you guys actually grill the chicken on? An actual outdoor gas grill? Skillet? Foreman?
We are looking for more chicken ideas.
I love the BBQ in the summer and the George Foreman in the winter.
I never seemed to get good results on the foreman for chicken. Its great for steak... but i can't seem to get it right for chicken.
Any tips? How long do you put it on there for? Thin sliced? Thick?
Do you need to flip it yourself or does it cook both sides?
I like them thin sliced and only cook them for about 5-10 minutes. I flip it a few times too.

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
For a low key seasoning..I just add a little salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning (just bought a new one by Morton and Bassett and it's pretty good). I also coat them is some flour...and cook in a skillet...they turn nice and brown when you use the flour. I also add some extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of margerine to the pan..
I have to get myself one of those grilling skillets though..I love seeing the lines..

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
Although this is baked, I made them last night:
Mix oil (which I get from Williams Sonoma toasted parmesan, herb, garlic)with egg. Dip the chicken in and then coat with flavored bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. Leave in the fridge for a few hours and bake. Comes out very yummy!
Here is the oil

Someone told me McComrmicks makes a chicken seasoning in a bag. Anyone have this?
I haven't seen this in the bag but have tried the grill mates chicken rub by McCormick's (in a jar). I liked it but it was quite salty!

Dh introduced me to a great marinade. 1/2 cup of Italian dressing, 1/2 cup of soy sauce. It is delicious!

Jack Daniel's makes these new marinades in a bag, they are fantastic. We love the garlic & herb, great for chicken or steak. YUM!
McCormicks have these good Grill Mate seasonings we really like too.

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
McCormick's grillmate Chicken Rub is sooooo good. I use this all the time.
I got this cast iron grill pan from Crate and Barrel and it's great with all meat or fish.

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
I use some of the Mccomick shakers (you can get big ones at bjs!), Italian dressing, bbq sauce or just some lemon, salt and pepper along with veggies!

Re: What do you season you grilled chicken cutlets with?
I'm not a big fan of jarred marinades but I love Olde Cape Cod's Toasted Sesame Soy & Ginger and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
For a dry spice rub, I love using sweet paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, ground coriander and crushed red pepper flakes.
