I was a big time fan but must admit I haven't really listened in the past couple of months or so. We do have Sirius. I just haven't been into him as of late.
My DH is a fan as well and feels he has sold out a bit.
I have been a listener for many many years and although entertaining, he has changed quite a bit.

I'm not a fan, but they mentioned on TV the other day that he's no doubt going to go BACK to FREE radio because his viewership went down almost 75% AND he lost a LOT of money for Sirius...
They BOTH want OUT!
There's hope out there for those who didn't jump in and buy Sirius afterall! 
He's not going back to Free Radio. The NYTimes article was written by someone who has affiations with broadcast radio. I wonder why they'd want to say these things about him? Hmmmm....
As for him losing money for Sirus - he only needed 1 million subscribers in order for them to pay back his salary. He got 4.5 million, so his salary is paid for, and you did not even account for the hardware - that is in subscription price only.

No apologies needed! Scary part is, if they get this stupid entertainment stuff wrong, think about what else journalists and reporters make up!

Love him, and bought Sirius because he was moving.
DH and I love him too. I got DH sirius for Xmas and he just ordered me one for my car. I just started liking him recentely though. DH has the Howard on demand. I LOVE that too.

Used to love him...hardly listen to him anymore.
I feel like he's different since he got divorced. He was more easily relatable (is that a word?) as a regular married schmo, not a divorced guy living witha model.

Don't tell DH...I am a fan. For so long I bashed him, but then I started to listen and really enjoy him. I just turn it off when it gets too raunchy. The celeb interviews are the best.
