I am working exercise in slowly . . . not where I would like to be yet, but I am still learning to love it. I plan on starting regularly on Monday, so fingers crossed!

how's everyone doing with their committments???
I have to admit I had one day I faultered, but I feel in control overall!
I feel soooo much better when I'm consistant throughout the weekends.
I gained this week...ummm...little weird, but I guess it's the adjustment?
I'm SURE you'll have a loss next week...your body needs time to catch up
