Re: Has your DH ever lost his ring?
We've both lost ours, but in the house, which is completely different and we always found them. I'm so sorry your DH lost his. Hopefully some kind soul out there will find it and do the right thing

Re: Has your DH ever lost his ring?
Yep...my DH lost his on our HM...because *I* threw it into the Pacific Ocean It was by accident of course.
To make a long story short... after some scuba gear and some tricky underwater feats, he got it back. I was so relieved!
Anyway, I hope that someone finds it and returns it!! Although I only felt it for about an hour or so, I know how it feels.

Re: Has your DH ever lost his ring?
Oh no, I hope that someone finds it and returns it to you
DH has never lost his ring - the only time he takes it off is at the gym...and he ties it to his sneaker He thinks it's a safer place than in his car or in a locker.

Hope its recovered - if not, you could always do a private mini-renewal of the vows to make it special.

I am so sorry, I hope your DH finds his or has it returned
When DH was raking once, it slipped off. He had to go through 3 bags of leaves before he found it but thankfully, he did. I hope you have a similar happy ending.

so sorry that happened. Yes, it happened to us. He was playing football on the beach in Cancun when it slipped right off and drifted off into the tide yup, he got another one after that and now it stays on

Re: Has your DH ever lost his ring?
I swear I'm convinced this is why their rings are not as expensive as ours!!
At any rate, even though we haven't been married long, I'm preparing myself for the day he loses it. I know that sounds very pessamistic but the truth is, DH never wore jewelry before getting married so the ring feels funny on his hand and as a result he plays with it. This to me is a recipe for disaster. While I know if he lost it I'd be really sad b/c I feel that that "the" ring but I know our marriage is more than our rings.
Hopefully your hubby will find his ring!!! If not, try not to be too upset... I know that must be easier said than done though...

he once borroed his dads diamond (like solitaire) pinky ring and it fell of his pinky on the dancefloor at a wedding
anyway, he plays with it and its not good

Yes, my DH lost his ring. He didn't even have it that long. I was pretty upset, I actually still am. But, it's gone and there is nothing we can do.

Same with my DH. He doesn't like wearing jewelry. He kept playing with the his ring on our wedding day. Also, he didn't wear it to work because of his job. So, he hardly wore it and he lost it.

Re: Has your DH ever lost his ring?
oh... that definitely sucks!! hopefully somebody finds it.... my DH lost his ring on the honeymoon... he took one of the little sailboats at the resort out by himself, and ended up flipping the sailboat, and his ring fell off in the water while he was trying to get the boat back upright i was upset, but a lot worse could have happened in that situation.... and his ring was a "cheap" titanium one, so it was replaced easily once we got home...
