Def talk to a lawyer. It is not about the money. THis vet was an azzhole and the same thing could happen to another pet. Please try to stop this from happening again.
I agree with this completely.
First, your baby is beautiful! I am so glad she is going to be ok! I would never take her back to that vet again. I would also contact a lawyer to protect Molly in the future and also protect any other animals. I know this lady is close to retiring, but she hasn't yet and could possibly hurt more animals.
Whatever you decide, I am very glad that your baby is getting back to normal.
