 . I do feel bad for you but if I was still working I would have traded you for your assistant with the girl that replaced me. She said durning my last day at lunch infront of the entire staff the following. An attorney (we shared offices with a law firm) asked her what she did before coming here and she said "I was in accounting but it doesn't help me here" Umm hello you work for an accounting firm, you do accounts payable and receivables as part of your job description how does that not help you

yep.. that she did. I still have the bruise on my shin from my co-worker kicking me under the table to prove it.

I didn't mention the glitter.. we're casual enough and a small enough office that it does't really matter. We're a satelite office, so certain things fly here that wouldn't fly at headquarters. If higher ups are coming in town, I'd tell her to tone it down a bit...
