Would you go on vacation for a week
without DH but with your parents and siblings? My DH cannot get off of work for a week in Aug and my fam invited us to join them on a cruise to Bermuda. DH said I should go but I feel weird going without him.
Update: I decided not to go. I would really miss him too much and would feel bad going while he is working. He told me to go but when I asked if he would go, he said, not. I guess we are more old fashioned than we thought!

YES!!! But I would see if DH could come down for the weekend - and maybe get one day before or after the weekend so he could get away too

I would definitely go - as long as my DH was okay with it.
When we first got married DH was considering going to watch the World Cup with one of his friends. I was a little annoyed at first, but then re-considered b/c I really do NOT like to watch soccer!
It's really up to you and your DH!

Uh, Yeaaaaaaaaaa! Go and don't think twice about it. I wouldn't miss out on such a fun time with my family. Think of the laughs and of the memories you'll make!!

I went on a family cruise without DH last summer and had a blast. Seperate vacations don't bother us at all. It is way too hard to coordinate everyone's schedules. I was glad to have the experience with sisters and cousins.

I would go visit my sis in CA without him, but not an exotic vacation. and I probably wouldn't go for a whole week. I would miss him so much!

I would not. However, that's only because I did a work-study in Spain a few years ago and missed him like crazy. The only thing that got me through it was promising myself that he and I would never be that far apart ever again.

Since your DH is supportive of you going, I would go if I were you. I love my DH more than anything, but I also like the occasional time apart. A week IS long, but you'll be so happy and excited to see him again.
