pics of the house DH just finished
It is in contract for over ten million dollars , its funny the real estate market in that price range is totally unaffected. the people that bought it want to do about 200k in "renovations" before they moved in 
its really beautiful though
a total of 8 washers & dryers
So that's what 10 million buys in Sagaponak NY

And my DH thought I was nuts for wanting 2 washers & 2 dryers!  (At least I got him to agree with me on multiple dishwashers. Actually, I got him to agree with me on the W&D too.  )

Its on 2 acres, and its over 9,000 sq ft not including the pool house
I know I'd want all those washers & dryers so my housekeeper wouldn't be too overwhelmed washing the towels from the pool parties

because its the faaaaabulous hhhaaaaaaamptons....and if 4 is good 8 is better. everything is done bigger, the pics make it hard to show scale. The ceilings are a minimum of 12 ft, every doorway is 8ft, the height of an average ceiling. I just had this coversation with someone in FM, its ironic that my DH makes a living building these exessive wasteful things when we are so into simple living. The bottom line is we need the super rich to keep spending to keep our ecomony going. Building that one house employed about 100 people for 11 months.
