We did well this year since we closed on our townhouse in 05. We are taking a second honeymoon either late this year or next year. We are thinking St. Lucia.

We have some renovations to do before they arrive.
We need to put new windows in their room to be, and put a new Bathroom in.

IF we get money back, we're putting it in our savings. We want a cushion. We thought about furniture, a vacation or a camcorder, but right now, we could use it in savings.

We didn't get much back (because we pay less each month) but this year we are planning a to do outdoor renovations on our house and yard, and we are taking vacation to Italy & Greece, so it will probably be put towards either the h ouse or vacation.
