But the kitchen is FANTASTIC!!! That yellow panaling behind the washer reminds me of my childhood!

I LOVE it. I now have all new ideas for my new kitchen which is about 1/3 the size of yours.
I have one question though. What is the reflection in the microwave. That is soo cool, how the camera did this.
I looks like it might be the fridge because it is a nice new shiney fridge

Hall bath before and after.
Before... we called it "The Finding Nemo Bathroom"
What was up with this woman and stickers everywhere?
This is the bath we did relatively cheaply... no splurging and I kept it all white so if I wanted a change all I had to do was repaint and... whole new look.

In Pic #1 you can see straight through to the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen. The bathroom waste pipe ran through the soffet in my kitchen wall which posed as bit of a design problem. Luckily, my FIL designed about a dozen kitchens in the same model home.
Pic #2- You can see how gross the original hardwood floors were. Never refinished since 1971 and 3 boys and a St. Bernard lived in this house Image Attachment(s):

The mirror actually came from my father's attic.
It was the mirror to my brother's old bedroom set, I primed it, spray painted it and WA-LA... free mirror Image Attachment(s):

The bathroom looks great! I like the white, and good to see you didnt pick a white tile for the floor....it shows EVERYTHING! i have white tile now and I HATE it!

Looks great! Even your washer and dryer are on display! Bathroom--Finding Nemo  end product is very nice!

What a beautiful job you are doing! Are all of your renovations complete?
We gutted our house and are still in the process of putting it back together. I think we have the same style house (in East Northport), and it's great to see some of your renovations and different ideas for the rooms. Ours was a handy-man special/fixer upper as well. Our house was a total disgusting disaster! I don't think the old owners vacuumed in 20 years. We ended ripping up all of the hardwood floors on the 1st floor because of the damage from water (leaks) and the million cats that never used a litter box. I could go on and on....I still love the house though.
Anyway, your kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous. Looking forward to seeing more pics!

We had the same exact same fish in our bathroom, but our's had a matching border - I kid you not!!!

Wow - the bathroom looks great! You have done the most impressive work with your place!
Although you must be sad to have lost the beautiful blue sink - it's hard to get such perfect rust stains!

LOVE the blue- I have those tiles in my condo bath- so easy to clean.
I have to start getting ideas for the bathrooms- no finding nemo bath but I do have an 80's style one in the new house that needs the wallpaper stripped.
