I'm new too. FH owed this house before we met.
I have no friends in the area, actually most have moved off of LI or live way west and south and it's hard for us to get together.
I feel like the new kid in class

We're neighbors! I know how you feel- all of my friends are in Manhattan! DH's brothers are over a lot- and I love them but i miss having girlfriends nearby!

I'd definitely be up for it but between the wedding/honeymoon and a family reunion in California we will be away all of one weekend in July
