We closed today
I just had to share. We closed today and it went really well- MUCH better than expected. And, luckily the closing costs were pretty overestimated which was a nice surprise! I can't believe we own a home! Thanks for listening.

Yeah...I was forewarned about all of the signing.  We bought in Patchogue.
I want to post pics but I am so clueless when it comes to that stuff. I will have to have DH show me. I have been wanting to put up a picture in my avatar too.
