I weighed myself today (can't HELP myself!)
WI: Down another 2 lbs, for a total of 9.5 lbs!
Breakfast 1 cup special K cereal 1 cup ff milk 1 cup jasmine/green tea
Late morning snack Banana
Lunch Multigrain pita pizza with ff cheese 1 cup grapes
Snack 100 cal snack pack - nutter butters
Dinner ??? take out tonght!
Haven't done any excercise ALL week aside from the softball game on tuesday...have to get myself back to the gym next week

Breakfast: 1/2 bagel w/ light cream cheese (Mom brought bagels from NY - I couldn't resist!) 1 c OJ
Total: 8 pts
Lunch: Some carrots and a cookie I didn't hve time for lunch.... and when i went to get my nails done they had cookies.
Dinner: 4 pieces salmon Maki, 4 pieces salmon rolls. (4pts)
Snacks:
Exercise: 35 minutes on Precor, 25 minutes of Express Line (Essentially circut training). 10 min streaching. (3 work out points )

yeah still have it! it's not really developing and it's not really going away. it's wierd.
anyway, if you make it, i eat a lot of it so i make 2 cans which on the can says 3.5 servings each so that's 7 all together and each serving is only 1 pt. i put the 7 tsp of oil so that's another pt per serving. So for approx 1/2 cup it's only 2 pts. Much better than two tablespoons!!

Definitely see a doctor though... I refused and it just dragged on and on. Once I saw him and got some meds in me I felt better almost instantly!

np! just make sure it's the correct pts before u make it because that just happens to be the cans i use
it's viral so going to the doc won't help. i have an unproductive cough and no fever, just have to wait it out

OMG guys... I have no clue what got over me today, but I came home and raided the refrigerator like ugh...to the point where I'm soooo sick right now. Not really because of what I ate, but like how I ate it...like a MAJOR binge.
I'm going to skimp on dinner and drink lots of water tonight.
I even skipped my FIRM workout, but thankfully I got a good 45 mins on the bike.
I guess I'm posting this to make sure I keep myself accountable.

lori my homemade hummus is really easy but I'm not sure if it tastes "geniune" i make it how i like it. this is my "diet" version (cause usually I'm more liberal with the olive oil) and i don't use tahini...i just don't love that taste.
Basically you put one (or two) cans of chick peas in a processor, blend it. It won't all blend though cause it's dry, so I add some lemon juice (maybe about 1/2 cup???) process it again. According to how many servings of chick peas I have in there I add that much tsp of olive oil so for each serving it's one serving chick pea, one tsp olive oil. Then, the most important ingredient is crushed garlic. I usually crush a head or two at a time and keep it in a tupperware in the fridge and throw it into things. So I take a heaping teaspoon of garlic and throw it in there. Then just add water until it's smooth and all blended and add salt to taste.
Okay hope that's not too confusing. I don't work well with recipes. I do things by "feeling" But this way, I can eat a half cup of it instead of a couple of tablespoons and it's sooooo low in points
let me know if you try it!
How many points does it end up being and for how much?
