did you call the cops? I hope so... even a fender bender needs a police report. if you have collision, get it fixed and your insurance goes after hers, that's how it works.
well most insurance companies don't necessarily go by the police report unless a police Officer witnessed the accident.
oh I know that... I'm just saying, it always best to have a police report. not everyone is honest and this woman saounds like a flake!

I would ask your insurance company if you need to file a police report or if they can just handle it for you. They will let you know.

Same thing happen to me. When I saw the guy was doing nothing I marched down to the Police station made a report and they got him on the phone and that got things rolling.

 That is so rude of her!!! I am usually all for giving ppl the benefit of the doubt but when it comes to old ppl, I usually call 9-1-1 and file a report.

and when my parked car was hit and we filed a polcie report, it did me no good. but it was a hit and run, so there was no other ins co to file the report with

Just wanted to update - her insurance company called me today to say that they're sending out an adjustor to look at it next week, but they're covering at 100% and will cut me a check ASAP.
