Re: THE OFFICIAL..... NUTRISYSTEM .....thread

If you create a screenname and log into the N/S site .. you will find a section with allowed 'extra foods" and such.. this might help answer some of your questions about what you can eat outside of N/S food items

Did you create a name and/or sign up on the website? I do not believe it will allow you to explore the "meal plan" section unless you do so.

If you have.. you have to log in, and under "your account" click on "Meal plans' (the womans and mens meal plans are slighly different)

The site always worked great for me, I noticed since 1/1/06 its super slow. must be all the New Year's resolutionsChat Icon

Anyhow... when I log in under my account, it only gives me the 'woman's plan' since that is the way my account is set up. Sorry

My DH is also on N/S and generally he just gets a few more servings of fruits/dairy/one more carb serving a day than the womans plan.. its averages out to about 300-500 calories more a day vs the woman's plan.. though you technically aren't supposed to "count calories" on this plan (supposed to count servings) I like to keep track of my calories as well

Hi Stacey!!! Thank you again!!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon

I was off this week with N/S since I was staying with SIL in FL and it would have been too much to pack all of my meals. but even though I was soooooooooo careful with what I ate, believe it or not I was NEVER FULL------ Im ALWAYS FULL when I eat N/S!!!!! ahhhhh today I start again!!! thank goodness, its funny you get used to eating a certain way and I was able to fend off all of the temptations with the kids!!!! you know the snacks little kids have throughout the day- ahhhh. I will be on N/S for the next 2 months, I got a lot of food from StayandJohn and reordered through N/S, I just delayed my next order to come in April. Cant wait to hit the gym too!!!!

Good Luck everyone!!!!!!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Good luck to all of you!!
