Who gets up REALLY early on black Friday to go shopping??
My friend and I try to do this every year...last year we couldn't because she got married..WHATEVA!! JK..but, this year we are back on track!!! Can't wait!!!

you couldn't pay ME to do it! I did it once many years ago and swore NEVER AGAIN! lol
IMO, I would rather spend a little more and not have to deal with lines a mile long and get trampled on.
I was at Jockey in Riverhead yesterday and they had a sign that they're opening their store at MIDNIGHT on 11/24  I feel so bad for their employees.

My mom and I do it! We get up bright and early and are usually home by about 10 or 11am. It's not that bad, actually, if you go early!

My hubby and I went shoppng at 5am last year!!  by 9am we were almost done with all our Christmas shopping!!
I think we are going to do it again this year!!

Surprisingly, it really isnt that crowded if you get there at 5 or 6. I'd say the lines dont start getting ridiculous until after 9am.

my mom and I do it every year. I love it!!! Most stores are quiet until 9am, but Toys R Us is packed - even at 5am!!

I have always wanted to do it and never have. Also intriguing in a crazy kind of way is that crazy midnight shopping @ Woodbury CommonsWoodbury Commons .
I can't do again b/c dh & I will be away - but year I am SO there

ALWAYS! I love it....Its tradition...not to mention the HUNDREDS of dollars I save every year.
And I agree, the stores which are REAL crowded in the Early early AM are Target, toys r us, and dont ever go near Walmart. They had $399 laptops one year, people were killing for them!

I've never done it but my sister in law goes to tanger every year early. She loves it. Says it is quiet and they have special sales for the early birds.
