I think the bench thing is a good idea to protect kids from pedophiles, but the thing is, this woman clearly was not a pedophile and had made a mistake. SO stupid to ticket her

absolutely ridiculous.
maybe they should add signs that says, "all predators and pedophiles please wait outside of the gate". i'm sure that will solve all of the city's problems.

Lower East Side/Chinatown area. It's actually pretty dodgy.
This isn't new - these laws have been in place for years. I acutally agree with adults not being allowed in the playground area.
But I think they could've give the woman a warning before issuing a citation.
