probably...they can always wait for him..and probably do some song work etc untill his contract expires.

DH heard on WBAB that he didn't receive the lowest votes , AI kicked him off the show. Someone at the radio station has a friend that works at FOX and they knew before the show aired that Chris would be eliminated.....who knows how true it is
